Dan McConnell is a highly skilled generosity strategist with over 15 years of ministry leadership experience. Having worked with churches of all sizes and denominations, Dan is dedicated to helping churches build a culture of generosity that fuels their mission. His approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unique dynamics of each congregation and guiding churches in nurturing givers for long-term Kingdom advancement.

Dan has had the privilege of partnering with churches ranging from small to large, including several prominent churches across the country. His ability to provide excellent service and deliver impactful results to churches of any size has earned him a reputation for tailoring strategies that meet each church's unique needs and goals. Clients consistently praise his insightful leadership, noting that his strategic guidance is both practical and spiritually grounded. Before joining Generis, Dan served in various pastoral roles, including student pastor, small groups pastor, creative arts pastor, and executive pastor. This broad ministry background allows him to understand the challenges churches face and how to foster generosity while discipling individual givers.

Dan’s work is characterized by a focus on both the spiritual and practical dimensions of generosity. His ability to help churches create compelling vision narratives and build strong relational connections with givers is central to his success. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Practical Theology from Southeastern University and resides in Columbus, OH with his wife, Kayla, and their two daughters.
